Hotard To Head Electro Freeze

Tom Hotard has been named president of H.C. Duke & Son, aka Electro Freeze. Hotard will transition from his role as executive v.p. at Beverage-Air, which like Electro Freeze, is a division of the Ali Group. In addition to his career with Beverage-Air, Hotard has served as president of Merrychef USA, a division of the Enodis Corp.; Southbend-A Middleby Co.; and Foodservice Equipment Engineering. Electro Freeze, a leading maker of frozen treat and beverage equipment, is based in East Moline, Ill.
