T&S Updates Its University Curriculum

T&S Brass and Bronze Works has unveiled its newly revamped T&S University, an online training program for dealers, manufacturers’ reps, wholesalers and consultants.

The university program launched in 2003, but the rapid changes in technology over the past decade prompted T&S to completely overhaul it with new features, including a more user-friendly, interactive student experience; tangible incentives for participation; updated course content to match the company’s growing product line; and the ability to complete courses on tablets as well as on desktop computers.

Courses now available cover the gamut of faucet- and plumbing-specific topics, including “Base Faucets & Cartridges,” “Inlets & Supply Connections,” “Nozzles,” and “Handles”; additional courses on both foodservice and plumbing products will be added before the end of the year.

“This is an exciting time for the T&S network,” says Corporate Training Manager Joan Taylor. “We’ve always taken great pride in our superlative customer service and felt training was a significant aspect of that. But you’ll see an even greater emphasis on training in the months ahead, and we believe that’s a win-win development for everyone.”
