BOB EVANS FARMS CFO Tod Spornhauer will step down in January after 19 years with the company. Richard Green, Bob Evans’ chief risk and compliance officer, will serve as interim CFO until a permanent replacement is found. The Columbus, Ohio-based chain operates 569 Bob Evans family-dining restaurants and 145 Mimi’s Cafe casual-dining restaurants.
