CFS Brands Highlights Newly Appointed Sales Team
Plus, one of the maker’s tabletop brands will soon ship out of Houston.

Oklahoma City-based CFS Brands has unveiled a new, six-person foodservice channel sales team, with each member now representing the full suite of CFS Brands products.
The leadership team consists of Bill Colwin as SVP of sales-foodservice distribution, Jim Monnat as VP of sales-foodservice distribution, Jillian Wubbena as senior director sales-foodservice distribution, Vincent Del-Cid as SVP of sales-national accounts (specializing in hospitality, entertainment and foodservice management operators), Deb Kau as senior director of sales-national accounts (focusing on restaurant chains and QSRs) and Elaine Shen, who continues as EVP of foodservice. The five channel leaders—who collectively boast backgrounds with CFS Brands, San Jamar, Winco and G.E.T.—will report to Shen, who was previously the president of Winco.
CFS Brands says the new leadership structure supports distribution and end user customers alike. “We continue our go-to-market strategy through distributors, while our end user team will work closely with a variety of national and regional operators for a better overall solution support experience across all our product categories,” the March 13 release explains.
CFS Brands consists of 10 foodservice brands: Carlisle FoodService Products, San Jamar, Sparta, Winco, Bar Maid, WipesPlus, G.E.T., Elite Global Solutions, Snap Drape and Marko.
In other news, coming up this May, CFS Brands will integrate Elite Global Solutions into the G.E.T. portfolio and distribution. Together, the two brands will offer more than 70 collections of tabletop and serving pieces. Once the integration is complete, Elite products will ship out of the current G.E.T. distribution center in Houston, and will be available to customers through one purchase order.
