CFS Brands Acquires Elite Global Solutions
Carlisle Foodservice Products parent CFS Brands is expanding its front-of-house portfolio.
The Oklahoma City-based manufacturer of products for the janitorial, foodservice and healthcare industries announced it completed the acquisition of Elite Global Solutions. Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Foothill Ranch, Calif., Elite Global Solutions is a manufacturer of melamine dinnerware, displayware, plastic drinkware, serving products and accessories for the commercial foodservice industry.
“Elite is the perfect complementary addition to our existing smallwares portfolio and further enhances our ability to offer comprehensive solutions for our customers,” says Trent Freiberg, CEO of CFS Brands, in a press release. “We are excited to work with the current leadership team at Elite, and we welcome all Elite employees to CFS Brands.”
Elite Global Solutions will operate as a standalone entity within CFS Brands.
CFS Brands, which formed in 2018 as the parent company to Carlisle Foodservice Products, San Jamar, Dinex, Sparta Brush and Marko, has been building its portfolio over the last several years. It acquired Snap Drape later in 2018 before picking up Piper and El Castor in 2019, Jofel in 2020, AyrKing in 2021 and WipesPlus earlier this year.
