Technology is rapidly evolving. Operators will find ideas on how to future-proof their operation during a session on balancing technology with hospitality at FER’s Multiunit Foodservice Equipment Symposium. Panelists include the following:

The panelists will explore topics such as what technology is worth the investment, how to get buy-in from franchisees, how to meet customer expectations and the impact of automation on the workforce.
