Star Holdings Group Taps New Culinary, Sales Exec

Star Holdings Group, part of The Middleby Corp., has added Adam Dyer to its team as group culinary and regional vice president of sales for the Southwest and Midwest.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Dyer brings nearly three decades of experience in culinary and sales roles, previously working at companies like Metro, Sysco, U.S. Foodservice and Henny Penny. He most recently worked as an independent culinary consultant for multiple commercial foodservice equipment brands.

In his new role with Star Holdings Group, he will provide culinary support to all global markets from the Dallas-based Middleby Innovation Kitchens and have responsibility for developing and managing business opportunities in the Southwest (MAFSI Region 15) and Midwest (MAFSI Region 16).

“Adam’s diverse but successful history with numerous industry brands in a variety of roles will serve him well working from the Middleby Innovation Kitchens in Dallas alongside our corporate and other Middleby company culinary teams,” says Dave Hinton, Star Holdings Group vice president, in a press release. “I am confident that Adam will quickly add value to our already incredible organization, building upon his reputation as a trusted business partner to his colleagues and customers.”

Star Holdings Group manufactures cooking solutions under the brand names Star, APW Wyott, Bakers Pride, Holman, Lang, MagiKitch’n, Toastmaster and Wells. The company’s manufacturing facility is located in Smithville, Tenn.
