Stoelting Launches New Premium Service Program

Stoelting Foodservice/Vollrath has launched a 24/7 premium service program for users of its frozen dessert equipment. The new program, White Glove Service, is designed to streamline contact with Stoelting on issues including customer service, technical service, parts or warranty information, installations and startups, sales, and on-site service dispatch.

The Kiel, Wis., company is offering the program 24 hours a day, seven days a week year-round at 800/319-9549.

“Our centralized call center will significantly simplify service requests for our customers. They have one number to remember to connect them to the right department,” says Stoelting Foodservice GM Rich Koehl. “They’ll speak to a live person and be given the same priority no matter the company they are calling from.”
