NRA Show Looks At “Amazon” Effect

Amazon has revolutionized the way we shop. The question on whether it will it do the same for foodservice weighs heavily in some sectors. And what is it that Millennials and Gen Z’ers really want?

The NRA Show, May 20-23 in Chicago, will explore those questions in “Ahead of the Crave,” the Signature ’17 forum focusing on the empowered customer and identifying the top emerging opportunities. Dan Park, GM at Amazon Business’s commercial sector, will join NRA President/CEO Dawn Sweeney to discuss how Amazon’s culture of innovation and deep customer knowledge is impacting the business ecosystem. A look at what Millennials and Gen Z really crave will be explored by Jason Dorsey, co-founder and chief strategy officer at The Center for Generational Kinetics.
