A 2017 NRA Kitchen Innovations Award recipient, the Garland XPress Grill has upper and lower grill plates to simultaneously cook both sides of items up to 2-in. thick. Precise temperature controls ensure food is cooked to appropriate core temperature. Plus, rapid recovery and rapid pre-heat features save energy by allowing the griddle to cool between peak periods. The grill is available with single, dual or triple 12-in. platens for menu flexibility. Icon-based easyTouch touchscreen technology enables operators to preset cook temperature and times for each menu item.
