Back by Popular Demand: FSTC at MUFES

Considered program pillars, David Zabrowski and Richard Young will once again deliver must-know tips on energy efficiency at FER’s Multiunit Foodservice Equipment Symposium in February in Florida. Zabrowski and Young serve as vice president and director, respectively, of Frontier Energy and the Food Service Tech Center.

MUFES attendees will gather takeaways on the latest happenings around decarbonization in foodservice and energy optimization. Zabrowski has more than 30 years of experience in energy efficiency research, while Young joined the FSTC more than 35 years ago. Young is a contributor to the USGBC’s LEED rating system and the EPA’s Energy Star program; he also created the Foodservice Energy Efficiency Expert certification program.
