Drawing upon 42 years of foodservice equipment maintenance knowledge, CFESA’s Dan Reese will share mission-critical wisdom with operators at FER’s Multiunit Foodservice Equipment Symposium in January. With timely perspectives and insight, Reese will help operators form a realistic action plan that’s built to last.

Reese began his career as a service technician and went on to co-own a service company in Florida. Now, as CFESA’s director of training, he is able to express his true passion of training and educating the next generation of service technicians.
